I'm being one of those people who sit in the Apple store using their computers; it's like being in a cafe with lots of coolish geeks - no drinks though. So on the repair front I pleaded, I did my best, but the noise is within 'spec', that great Apple response, which to tell the truth I was expecting. At least I tried.
