Hal Hartley's new film The Girl From Monday soooo disappointing except for the yellow wellies. Met Mekella in the loos afterwards though and tagged along with her to a very cool venue in west London for a Bookslam. Went to a talk with Guy Pierce, mainly because the film office kept sending emails saying there were tickets and I felt sorry for them. In the end it was pretty full and he turned out to be a nice guy. Jonathan Ross just asked the most interesting question I could think of (thanks) why he had nail polish on one hand….small things – he likes to wear makeup… I have to say it was very strange to see, but why not. And spot on with the colour…black of course.
