Thoughtfully Ken has sent us a thermometer to tell us if the house is warmer enough. For those of you who don't believe me when I say it's cold here, we left it in the hall and it went into the Danger! zone which apparently means there is a risk of hypothermia, heart attack or stroke if we hang out in the hallway. It then tells you what you should do - turn up the heating and put on more clothes, very helpful indeed.
